Melissa J. Pond is the founder of Melissa J Pond LLC and the Greater Boston Women’s Impact Network (GBWIN), a community created to connect women through elevated experiences that blend opportunity, strategy, and meaningful impact. Through her consulting work, Melissa supports women-led businesses and mission-driven organizations in strengthening their grant and growth strategies, drawing on 15 years of federal grant administration experience and nonprofit leadership.
GBWIN’s first signature event was hosted in a VIP suite at Fenway Park and benefited a charitable organization, setting the tone for gatherings that are both high-level and purpose-driven.
